A review of the past year with reports from Club Officers, plus your chance to vote for your Committee for the 2024-2025 Season
We need as many members as possible to attend this meeting to ensure we have a Quorum of at least a third of the membership. Without a Quorum we cannot proceed with the meeting. Before the meeting, you can remind yourselves of the Club Constitution here:
