We are thrilled to announce an exciting lineup of speakers for our upcoming Stroud Camera Club season, showcasing a diverse array of talent and expertise in photography. Whatever your level of photography, these sessions promise to inspire, educate, and captivate.
Steve Russell: A homegrown talent, Steve Russell brings his passion for photography right back to where it all began. Known for his stunning large format images, and an exceptional local studio Steve's presentation will take you on an adventure through his photographic career to date.
Bill Ward: Actor and acclaimed photographer Bill Ward will share his journey from stage and screen to behind the lens. With a unique perspective on photography, Bill's talk is sure to provide fresh insights into capturing the drama in everyday life.
Paul Alistair Collins: A renowned wildlife photographer, Paul Alistair Collins has travelled the world to capture some of the most breathtaking images of nature. His session will offer a peek into the patience and precision required to photograph the animal kingdom.
Derek Gale: Specializing in macro as well as creative photography, Derek Gale's work pushes the boundaries of traditional photography. His presentation will challenge us to see the world differently, encouraging creative expression through the lens.
Jack Boskett: With a focus on heritage and transport photography, Jack Boskett's work has a nostalgic flair. His photography however, also encompasses events and portrait work with plenty of famous faces in evidence.
Jeannette Black: A master with her mobile phone as her camera of choice. Jeannette Black will share her secrets on making subjects with powerful stories to tell.
Amy Shore: Known for her dynamic automotive photography, Amy Shore’s work is filled with energy and style. Her talk will cover her journey in a male-dominated field and how she brings her unique vision to life.
Steve Varman: A master of creative photography and post-processing, Steve Varman will demonstrate the magic that happens before and after the shutter clicks. His expertise will show us how to make our images into works of art.
Laura Pearce: With a passion for natural portrait photography, Laura Pearce captures her subjects in engaging and interesting manners.

Jonathan Genevaux: A seascape photographer who enjoys nothing more than to explore along the Severn Estuary and Bristol Channel.
